An Aptos Modern Ranch Remodel.  We completed a full kitchen, dining, and living room remodel for this home and re-arranged the entire space to include a large island, appliance garage and hidden butler's pantry that houses the "mess" of life. The client chose these amazing wine barrel pendants (from Houzz) that compliment the industrial feeling of the barn door and appliance garage.

A Modern Ranch Style remodel in Aptos. As the client entertains often with large parties, we created an enormous island to allow socializing, work, play, eating and drinking. The Ceasarstone, Bianco Drift, countertop waterfalls over the edge to create a dramatic leg for the island.

A modern Aptos Ranch style renovation. For the island design, we used strips of the cabinet toe kick to create a flowing horizontal design under the bar. We painted the dark fireplace color behind the strips to emphasize the texture and depth.

With the redesign of the entire living-dining and kitchen space, we were able to do an long island with a stunning waterfall edge. This area is ideal for entertaining and hosting large parties.

After much debate on appliances and appliances garages, the clients opted for a sleek, functional aluminum appliance garage roll up that houses all of the small appliances. We also convinced them to install a Miele steam oven for quick and easy meals and entertaining.

We opened up the ceiling to create a skylight well to flood the kitchen with natural light.

This brick veneer wall is homage to the brick fireplace the homeowner demolished. In it's place, we created a beautiful two sided modern fireplace design and re-created the brick in the dining room area to add depth and texture.

What a long strange trips it's been...this entertainment center wall sits up against the Butler's pantry for the kitchen creating separation between the living room space and the kitchen/dining area. The modern asymmetrical design compliments the overall modern design of the space and repeats at the fireplace.
