Pleasure Point - Whole House Remodel & Addition
This beautifully renovated home was previously a small cottage in the desirable pleasure point area of Santa Cruz. The owner wanted a larger, more functional space. We added a second story and rear addition and completely remodeled the home from the inside out. We worked with Architect Chris Grasso to create this modern, functional home. The many details include superior insulation, bamboo flooring, a stainless steel railing, Vetrazzo countertops, cherry cabinetry from Beyond the Box, and a super high efficiency furnace.
