Tree House - New Construction
This new home, affectionately called the "Tree House", is built around redwood trees that the neighbor planted when President Kennedy passed away. Due to the large redwood trees and oak tree, the lot presented some unique building challenges. In collaboration with a creative homeowner, diligent architect and our team of professionals, we took on the challenges, creating a stunning show piece delicately constructed around the trees. This home has a multitude of amazing green features, including salvaged redwood siding and trim, energy efficient features, recycled materials, and water conservation features.
